Brief History

Yuluch Elyano Trading plc was established in 2016 by the founder of Gollagul Trading plc,Mr. Goitom Girmay and His Wife Mrs. Genet Hailemariam with an initial capital of 5 million Birr. The passion for creating jobs and supporting the country’s economic development is their driving force to come-up with the brand new company. The company is mainly engaged in Hotel and Real-estate development, Manufacturing, Import and Export sectors.

About the leadership

Mr. Goitom Girmay provides the Executive Leadership to Yuluch Elyano Trading plc.He has over 25 years of invaluable experience in the hospitality industry and trading businesses both in domestic and foreign markets. His competent leadership skill endowed with rich capability is the main decisive factor behind the successful of Gollagul Trading plc. Mr. Goitom is the former CEO and current major shareholder of Gollagul Trading plc. He is now pursuing his vision for the new company and under his leadership, in a very short period of time, the company is able to start building an international standard 4-star hotel and luxury homes and apartments. The company has also completed conducting feasibility study on a new rigid plastic pipes and fittings manufacturing plant and secured 50,000 square meters of land in Tigray Regional State, 780kms North of Addis Ababa. Moreover, the company has rich and dependable experience in local market as an importer of various types of construction & building materials.

The paid up capital of Yuluch Elyano Trading plc exceeded 25 million birr within a year, five times the amount of money that the company registered as its initial capital. It has been also planned to increase the paid-up capital of the company from the current 35 million birr to Birr 100 million up by the end of the year 2020.

It is 2B+G+15 floors apartment building. Ground to 4th will be shops and offices. the remaining top floor 5 to 15 will be home apartment units of two and three bedroom types. Each floor will feature five apartment Units.
Construction will start by September 2018.
